Camshafts
Skunk2 camshafts deliver unparalleled results throughout the powerband as a result of our extensive development and testing. Advanced manufacturing techniques, the latest computerized simulation and modeling software, and our proprietary AMAX and Fast Ramp technologies help maximize the area under the lift curve and reduce seat timing for maximum torque and cylinder pressure. All Skunk2 camshafts are designed and tested in-house in an effort to ensure high quality and maximum performance gains and are manufactured to Skunk2’s stringent specifications using state-of-the-art CNC camshaft grinding equipment. Skunk2 camshafts are available in two configurations: Tuner Series, which retain OEM idle characteristics and low-speed emissions, and Pro Series, which are designed for heavily modified engines.

This camshaft retains the stock VTEC 'Economy' lobe for a smooth, OE-Quality idle and virtually unchanged fuel economy.

A professional tune is highly recommended to ensure proper idle, air/fuel ratios and to achieve optimal performance gains.
