Tuner Series Camshafts
Skunk2’s Tuner Series Camshafts, our introductory line of high-performance camshafts, significantly increase both horsepower and torque yet retain OEM idle characteristics and low-speed emissions. Designed to optimize horsepower and torque on mild and heavily modified engines, Tuner Series Camshafts are the direct result of Skunk2’s years’ worth of drag racing and road racing success. Ideal for street as well as race engines, many Tuner Series Camshafts are manufactured from the same proprietary, high-quality cores as Skunk2’s more aggressive Pro Series Camshafts, are CNC ground, and feature unique profiles and lobe shapes that emphasize an exceptional idle and low emissions.

Leading-edge processes like Computational Fluid Dynamics and Finite Element Analysis ensure maximum performance and durability. Rapid prototyping allows us to quickly produce test versions of various products for further analysis. Prototypes are then tested using state-of-the-art dyno equipment and then proven on the race track. Finally, multi-axis CNC processes and precision welding are employed to produce the finest parts possible.
